Description

Made with meat from Razza Red Cows cattle raised on pasture, hay and non-GMO grain — never on an intensive diet — combined with butter made from Vacche Rosse cream. Beef from cattle raised in this way is generally associated with a more favourable fatty acid profile — with higher levels of CLA and omega-3 and a lower overall fat content — compared with beef from cattle finished mainly on grain, in line with the broader nutritional characteristics of the breed. A traditional, minimally processed product: meat, butter and time.
