TLK Focaccia is made from organic stone-ground flours — type 1 and wholemeal — which preserve the wheat germ and its nutritional richness. Leavened with fresh brewer's yeast, it has a soft crumb and a golden crust. High in fibre and a source of plant proteins, it is the bread of longevity: simple, nutritious, authentic.
